Rosary has a special sacred meaning for a person, engaged in meditation. Meditation forms a close connection between the subconscious and the physical activity – counting of the beads. Constant, monotonous counting of the beads, lasting more than 6 minutes, results in increased focus, the mind steps back, while “the subconscious opens up”. This moment is naturally felt after some practice, which for some may take longer than for others.

I recommend starting mediation by using a rosary, made of natural stone or wooden beads. I recommend a rosary with smaller number of beads, for instance, 27 for beginners.
